Separate two eggs into yolks and whites, using two bowls.

Add 25 grams of milk (about half a cup) to the yolks, along with a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then, mix in a cup of flour to form a smooth batter.

Meanwhile, in the bowl of egg whites:

Whisk the whites well, gradually adding a tablespoon of sugar.

Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture with a circular motion.

Transfer the batter into a piping bag, seal it, and make a hole at the tip.

Heat a large skillet, add a pat of butter, and start making your pancakes. Cover the skillet with a lid, and after a few minutes, add another layer of pancake on top to thicken, as shown in the video.
