#VALUE!
Olive Westerman celebrated her 100th birthday this month with a cup of tea at a care home in Chester, located in western England. According to her, the secret to a long life is quite simple: "Women should avoid talking to strange men, and everything will be fine," she said, adding, "I still can't believe I'm 100 years old."
But that's not her only tip. Westerman added that her second piece of advice for a long and happy life is simply to be content with what you have and make the most of it. Westerman, who previously worked as a nurse in a children's ward, said, "I spent most of my years working with children. It definitely helped me stay young at heart."
Westerman, who outlived her husband, received a letter from King Charles congratulating her on her 100th birthday.
