Heroic Pup Rescue: Mother's Desperate Plea Captured on Camera

A heartwarming video took the internet by storm: A stray mother dog is captured on video begging passersby to save her puppy, trapped in a pool of tar.

In the footage, you can see the dog circling and whining around three men, leading them to her pup, who is covered in tar and unable to move.

The video was filmed in the village of Namtsi, Russia, by the men who arrived to rescue the trapped pup. The incident occurred after one of the men found the desperate dog and called two animal rescuers. When they arrived, the dog led them to the little pup, and they began to clean him up.

First, they used diesel oil to remove the sticky tar from his fur, and then they washed him with river water nearby. "The puppy was soaked in tar and looked like a mummy still alive," said Vasily, one of the rescuers. "It took us 3 hours to wash him, and finally, we gave him milk and took him to a vet." Afterwards, the rescuers returned to cover the tar pit to prevent another accident.
