An English Farmer's Surprising Underground Discovery
A curious English farmer discovered a rabbit warren on his land that led to a mind-blowing architectural find, hiding just beneath his fields.
An English farmer stumbled upon an ordinary rabbit warren on his property.
Driven by curiosity, he bent down for a closer look, feeling unexpectedly captivated. He decided to crawl inside on all fours and soon found the warren divided into 'rooms' with an astonishing level of craftsmanship.

But as the farmer delved deeper underground, his initial gut feeling grew stronger. "I felt I was about to discover something extraordinary," he recalled.

"There were some very narrow spots that I had to really squeeze through, but they ultimately led to a large inner chamber," he added.
Another adventurer, Michael Scott, visited the marvellous caves shortly after their discovery. He almost missed out when he got lost in the area. "It's very easy to miss the entrance," he told local media. "If you don't know the exact spot, you could walk right by and miss this architectural masterpiece."
As for the bright light illuminating the scene, that's thanks to candles lit so tourists and curious onlookers can explore the special cave without stumbling in the dark.
