Shocking Find: Woman Discovers Giant Grasshopper in Airport Salad

The internet was abuzz: A video posted about a month ago managed to shake the foundations of thousands of viewers, and for good reason. In the video, a shocked traveler can be seen sitting on the side, trying to calm down from the shock that gripped her, while another person films what appears to be a gigantic and... dead grasshopper inside a purchased salad box.

The horrified woman shared that she bought the salad at the airport after feeling hungry during a long wait for her flight.

It is unclear which airport it was, but the woman's screams and her great panic at the discovery brought additional passengers to her side, who gathered around and tried to understand what all the commotion was about.

"How did whoever prepared this salad miss such a huge grasshopper?" people began to comment, one after the other. "Maybe they don’t even care what they put on our plates. As long as they sell it, that’s all that matters."

In many places worldwide, like the Far East, grasshoppers are eaten as part of a normal diet. However, given that this was in one of the airports in the U.S.—where salads like this are not common—we can only imagine the horrifying surprise that struck the unfortunate passenger.
