Just two months ago, a Facebook post captured over 70,000 shares. Once you hear why, you might be stunned. You could see the suggested hack as pure genius, or perhaps a bit too artificial or even cruel.

The clever inventor of this trick is Garcia Rivera from Massachusetts, a mom of a 16-month-old girl.

Motherhood is a full-time job that demands high dedication, boundless energy, and hard work around the clock, often leaving little time for yourself. When Garcia realized she was about to fall asleep while her baby was still wide awake, she thought it was time to invent a trick to help with bedtime.

"That night, we had hours of crying, and my little girl just couldn't calm down. I had to keep my hand on her back constantly, or she would start crying again," the mother recalled. "It got to the point where I couldn't put her in bed for more than ten minutes without her starting to cry."

She felt on the verge of despair that night.

Garcia grabbed a plastic glove, filled it with rice, and tied it at the bottom to create a 'fake hand'. "Once I placed the fake glove hand on my daughter's back, she stopped crying and soon after, fell asleep. What a relief," she wrote.

So, what do you think about this solution?
