A social media user shared stunning photos on her Facebook page of a particularly rare horse, which has been acclaimed by various experts as the most beautiful horse in the world. This horse is a descendant of a Turkish breed that is facing extinction, with only about 3,500 of them left worldwide. What sets them apart is their sleek, uniform coat, but this specific horse boasts a striking and rare golden hue that leaves everyone who sees it in awe.
"People often tell me he looks like I've bathed him in a tub of gold paint," says Pascal Mouawad, the horse's owner. "His stunning coat glistens in the sunlight, giving him the appearance of a heavenly creature."
Indeed, that's the nickname the breed has earned in China - "The Horse from Heaven." According to experts, its golden fur was meant to provide perfect camouflage in the deserts of Turkmenistan or ancient Turkey 2,000 years ago.
