Singer Kobi Peretz's recent Facebook post has touched thousands of fans. In his post, Peretz seeks the help of online followers to find an apartment for a Charedi family of 11, and he's willing to cover all the associated costs from his own pocket. He published a photo of the family alongside the text: "I received a message on my phone from a dear person about this wonderful family from Holon. The photo shows nine children and a couple; tomorrow morning, they are being evicted from their home for the next month due to a demand from the Amidar company, because it's simply impossible to live or sleep in the house due to decay."
Apparently, the images depict a dilapidated apartment unfit for living, which led Peretz to refrain from sharing what he saw out of respect for their privacy.
Peretz requested the help of his followers to find a rental house for the family for the coming month ("so that this dear family can sleep, shower, and eat like a normal family"). He said, "I would really appreciate any help - just to find them a house. All required expenses will be paid as needed. Of course, we aren't asking for free; we just want and need help to find a house for a month in Holon, the rest we will take care of. Blessings to you, amen. Wishing you a good day with good news and unconditional love, with Hashem's help."
