Walter Cavanagh is the American who made it into the Guinness World Records, thanks to a truly unique achievement: he holds 1,500 different valid credit cards. This is in stark contrast to the national average, where about 33% of people have one or two cards. Experts speculate that Cavanagh has discovered an unusual savings method, although it is considered by all to be quite an extreme practice and not necessarily needed.
