Kyam (11) and Callum (7) Graham from Leicestershire, UK, were born with a rare syndrome affecting the formation of their feet. The brothers' dream to kick a ball like other children their age recently came true when they received prosthetic feet as a holiday gift.

Interestingly, their father, 35-year-old John, also has the genetic syndrome passed through the male line, despite affecting only about 125 people worldwide. All three face not only an unusual and less aesthetic appearance but also severe pain and pressure due to uneven weight distribution on their stumps.
After raising about 8,000 pounds for the 'operation,' John purchased custom-made prosthetics for his children, designed to look just like human feet. "When I told them about the unique gift I planned to get them, they couldn't contain their joy," John shared. "They were thrilled they could finally wear flip-flops, run, and play football." Now, the question is, who will buy the prosthetics for John himself.
