A Heartfelt Letter from a Late Young Girl to Herself

Taylor Smith was an ordinary girl until the age of 12 when she suffered from severe pneumonia for months, which ultimately led to her passing. That's life, and you need to keep living it. Keep moving forward, even when it's tough."
