How did Osem Bamba make its way to Uzbekistan? The answer is simple: Bamba, along with other snacks made in Israel, is sold on the international marketplace eBay. And the profits? Quite respectable. For instance, Osem's Bamba is being offered for the staggering amount of seven dollars (!) – that's 27.80 shekels, per bag.

But there are also more "affordable" deals: various packs being sold at a 'discounted' price, often with free shipping included. For example, you can find packs of five bags of Bamba for $39.50 (over 150 shekels), eight bags of pizza-flavored Bissli for more than 100 shekels including shipping, and three bags of butter and honey-flavored popcorn for 39.17 shekels.

Who is buying our snacks at such high prices? You'd be surprised to hear that in many countries, from the USA to Uzbekistan, people are willing to pay these prices to experience a 'taste of Israel,' and the trend is gaining momentum every day.
