Vandalism at a Memorial: Arrests Made

Six residents of the village of Marj Naj'ah were arrested with screwdrivers and knives, used to damage the monument.

A few days ago, a citizen called the police to report suspicious activity involving vandalism of a memorial in the Jordan Valley. Patrol units from the Samaria District arrived promptly and detained six adults from the village of Marj Naj'ah. The suspects were caught with screwdrivers and knives, which they used to damage the monument's inscriptions. The suspects and their vehicle, which was towed by the police, were taken to the Samaria District for questioning.
