Diet: Not Just for the Overweight
Ever had a chat with friends and heard them lament about their slender appearance? I think they're right. Do you agree or not? Think about it after you read this.

Here I reveal the secret. At long last, I signed up for a gym near my area. Yes, yes, what can I do. Although, over various periods, I tried different ways myself, the bottom line led me to real classes with friendly instructors who give commands while jumping around.
Have you ever chatted with your friends and heard them complain about how they look, whether they're thin, full, or overweight? For a long time, I thought to myself that maybe we women are just like this, and there's nothing to do, this is how it is. But a second thought made me understand things differently. We women are not in the same situation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Bless Hashem, we have periods of pregnancy, nursing, and some women go through complex processes before they conceive, and our body undergoes continuous transformations causing it to change from time to time. That means that if as a young woman you wore a skirt size 38 and after giving birth you remain stuck at size 40 and can't "get back to yourself," you have the right to be dissatisfied. You have the right to want to do everything, including a strict diet, to go back to being who you know!
I had a chat with a friend about this topic. My friend, may she be healthy, looks great, especially considering the situation, after four births. But during the conversation, I heard her say several times how much she needs exercise and how much she needs gym classes. Her stomach isn't in the right place, her thighs aren't the desired size, and so on. At first, I thought to myself, how can she even complain, look how she appears. But very quickly I realized that I must not judge her. On the contrary, I encouraged her to go and take classes appropriate to her personal need because no one else can stand in her place and tell her, "You look good, you have no right to complain." True, she looks good in my eyes. But she doesn't see herself as the woman she knows.
Physical activity contributes a lot, both to the body and the soul. It generates positive energies and releases them. I highly recommend it. It's true that not every woman can persist, especially if it's something intense, but you can choose twice a week and decide that we're giving ourselves a bit of this health dose. I have a feeling that quite a few things will suddenly appear different.
